The following are the types of information we indirectly collect from you:

·       Device Details. When you use our App on a mobile device, certain details about your device are collected and reported, including "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures that are stored on or associated with your mobile device and uniquely identify it (but not you as an individual). ·       Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies and similar technologies may be used when you use the App, such as pixels, web beacons, and scripts. Cookies are text files that contain small amounts of information and are downloaded to your device when you access the App. These text files are then sent back to the server each time you use the App. These technologies help us operate the App more effectively by understanding how users access and use specific features or areas, and which links or ads are clicked on. We use this information to optimize the App's usage, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are relevant to you. We may also allow advertisers or other partners to use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads or services within the App.

·       Ad-related information. Ad-related information includes the date and time an ad is served, whether it was clicked or shown as a conversation event, what type of ad it is, and where it is displayed within the App. Such information might be automatically recorded and reported by our analytics tools.

·       In-app events. In-app events refer to actions you take while using the App, such as completing tutorial steps, making in-app purchases, and progressing through the App. Such information is automatically recorded by our analytics tools.

Additionally, we use this information to better understand user behavior and trends, identify potential technical issues, and add new features and services to the App.

(b)  To offer you interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We may use automatically processed information to show you ads that align with your preferences and interests. We provide personalized content and information to you, which can include online ads or other forms of marketing.

(c)   To communicate with you. We may use automatically processed information to send you push notifications with technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages. Furthermore, we use your contact information to respond to you when you contact us.

(d)  To prevent fraud and spam, and to enforce the law. Our App is designed to be safe and free of spam and fraudulent content. We may use your information to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security breaches, and potentially prohibited or illegal activities. We will not sell or lease your personal data to any third parties, but we may share certain information, such as log files, device identifiers, and location data, with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App. However, we have no control or influence over these third parties' tracking technologies or their potential use.

We may also share certain information, such as cookie data, with third-party advertising partners. This allows third-party ad networks to provide targeted advertisements that they believe will be of interest to you.

While integrating external tools and services, we choose legal entities that can guarantee the necessary technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted from us to these legal entities. We are not responsible for any accidental loss or unauthorized access to your personal data caused by these legal entities. These entities are individually responsible for their own privacy policies and practices.

In addition to the above, we may disclose your personal information if needed for objective reasons, due to public interest, or in other unforeseen circumstances:

- as required by law;

4. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We operate globally and offer our App to users worldwide.

As a result, we or our third-party advertising partners, as well as the legal entity that provides automatic data processing technologies for the App, may transfer automatically processed information to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. It's important to note that the data protection laws in the country or jurisdiction to which the information is transferred may not be the same as those in your own jurisdiction. This means that your personal information may be transferred to a third country, territory, or one or more specified sectors within that third country, or to an international organization where data protection and confidentiality regulations may not offer the same level of protection as those in your country.

We strive to ensure that any personal data we transfer is adequately protected by the recipient in accordance with applicable laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to any third country, territory, or international organization. We keep your personal information only as long as it is necessary to provide the services offered through the App and to comply with legal requirements. If you decide to withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information, you can request that we delete it. However, we may still retain certain data for a limited period, such as to comply with legal obligations related to taxation, accounting, and auditing, or for data backup and security purposes to prevent fraud or other malicious activities, but no longer than necessary for the purpose of storage.

6. SECURITY

Ensuring the security of your personal information is one of our top priorities. We take steps to ensure that your personal information is encrypted with proper and strong encryption algorithms, including hashing when possible.

However, we must note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal data. In the event of a breach of security leading to the compromise of your personal information, we will promptly notify you in compliance with applicable laws.

This person should meet the agency requirements of the CCPA, and you need to give them written permission to act on your behalf. Additionally, you can make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

When making a request, please include the wording "Consumer rights to maintain confidentiality in the state of California" in the text of your request.

If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request or confirm that the personal information pertains to you, we will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information. We may require additional information or documentation from you to verify your identity, and we may conduct checks, including through third-party identity verification services, before taking any action with your personal information. This is a necessary precaution to prevent the disclosure of your personal information in response to fraudulent or deceptive requests.

We use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request only to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request and not for any other purpose. We will retain it for the necessary period reasonably required for the purpose mentioned above and erase it after the purpose is completed.
